Refunds or exchanges will be offered within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If your item was purchased through Kickstarter, the 30-day period begins upon your item(s) delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded. All items purchased at a discount are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be given the option to exchange for a different size, or store credit at an equal value of the item you wish to exchange. Upon request, a return address will be provided, at which point the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item returned. To ensure you are satisfied with your items, we will cover the cost of shipping to deliver you the new size(s) or product(s) you wish to receive.
For returns or exchanges: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: "I would like to return/exchange - (Order #)". We will respond with instructions and get the process started for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to guarantee standard shipping times. Depending on where you live, your exchanged items might experience a delayed delivery, depending on carrier routes and availability.
